About the Guided Meditations

The guided meditations create an opportunity for you to tune in to your own body.  Rather than Guide you away into another realm, the meditations will invite you to center and still.  In this stillness, you will be guided to notice how your body feels and to offer gratitude and love to your body.   This is a time to discover what messages your body may have for you when you take the time to tune in and listen deeply.
